Set on a secluded, wooded acre at the western tip of the Fort Morgan peninsula, Sunset Bayou faces west across Collins Bayou — so every evening ends with the sky lit up over Bon Secour Bay.

A four-bedroom main house and a separate guest cottage. A private fishing dock, complimentary kayaks and a rowboat for the bayou, screened porches for the long mornings, and parking for everyone's car. The newly built Fort Morgan bike trail runs along the property line.

Three minutes to the gulf. One minute to Jesse's for dinner. Five minutes to Peninsula and Kiva Dunes if golf is on the itinerary. Everything else can wait.
